Since you are still early in your TBM Journey, I recommend checking out the Apptio Launch Kit: Cost Transparency , there is one for IT Planning too. It may help you with planning your rollout and change management. You want to start thinking about it early rather than waiting until it's almost time to launch before you start communicating and socializing.
