Second, I wanted to kick-off a discussion. Do you find that your customers are more interested in Underutilized or Unutilized licenses?
I've noticed that the out of the box KPI's and Detail Tables focus on Underutilized licenses. In my interactions with customers, it seems they have been more interested in Unutilized licenses for cost avoidance and strategic allocation.
What are you all experiencing?
