Navigator and Explorer badges completed without points

Hi all,

 

As part of my learning path to get the level 3 Technical Consultant I need to get at least 1500 points in the TBM Connect platform.

 

In my profile of the Learn Apptio Platform, it is displayed that I have the explorer and navigator badges. However, I haven´t received any point for them (image below).

 

Please, could you help to know what it's happened and if everything is ok to add the points to my TBM Connect profile?
