Hi, I completed all of my courses but some of the optional ones have not updated as "completed" How can I fix this to earn my Explorer and Navigator R12 badges?
Hi Belinda Wallace,I see that a few of the courses toward your Explorer and Navigator badges have just been completed in the past couple of days. The Explorer and Navigator badges are awarded on the Friday after you have completed the quest so you will receive those this Friday. While we highly recommend taking Configuring CT Apps and Services in R12 (Optional for Customers), it is not a requirement toward earning your Navigator badge or your RTBMA title.
Hi Belinda, Make sure you have clicked into and watch all of the required materials and if there isn't something that has been missed, Megan Beasley should be able to help you determine why you're not able to move forward.
Hi there! I was able to click through everything and earn my explorer badge! Yay.
Still missing my Navigator R12 badge - the only thing I have not completed is the locked section that says "Optional for Customers" Do I need to request access to this and finish it to earn my badge? Megan Beasley Jenny Goodwin
