I have been going through Install and config of CT R12 as I am new to Apptio and I have come to the allocation activity for Labor. When I try to create the Acme Headcount Plan table under Labor, It appears in General. I was lucky enough to have saved and checked in all work prior to this action so reverted changes and did it again. It still created it under general. I decided to carry on and see what would happen, and uploaded the table anyway. The table stated there was no data in it. I checked the File that I uploaded and there is data in the file.
This is the second time the database has crashed on me and I have had to start from scratch again. Can someone help me without losing my data so far please?
