How do i proceed to upload the data files. It's giving the attached error message
We do not recommend using Apptio via the Safari browser. So I still suspect this had something to do with the error. Please post here again if you are still having issues Kyle. Thanks!

I see your screen shot and looked up your project account info. I was just able to upload the Chart of Accounts data into your Acme Chart of Accounts table. That makes me wonder a few things... are you loading the zipped data files by accident? I see you are using safari and I hope that's not the problem but our preferred browser is Google Chrome. If you are able to use that instead, I would. If not, I'll have to do a bit of research or testing to determine our current stance on Safari. Then there's always the refresh and try again. Let me know if you are still experiencing this issue and if you are able to see the data that I loaded.
