Hi Dheeraj, try pasting the images into a Word document and upload the word doc. Also, I think we've discovered recently this doesn't work via Firefox. Google Chrome is preferred but IE should work too. Let me know what happens!

Hey Dheeraj Kala try to remove the "_" from the title of your files. If that does not work then put your screen shots into a word document and see if you are able to upload that. Please let me know if neither of those work!
I had this issue before as well. I logged off of Apptio University for a couple of minutes and then signed back on. That worked for me the first time. I also recommend using a Word document to upload the screenshots. Hope this helps.

I want to ensure that you are selecting send, this is what will actually submit your files. I see that Jenny asked for you to send over your screen shots. If you have not sent the email yet can you please copy university@apptio.com on the email or forward it over to me at that email please? Also, do I have permission to change your password so that I can login as you to upload and submit the screen shots? Once I have submitted them you are able to then change your password back.

Hi Jennifer Jakubcak, it doesn't look like this part of the course is loading properly. Can you please let me know the browser you are using along with the version? If you try to view the course in a different browser are you able to view this section? Also, if you clear your cache are you then able to view the section?

I am using Internet Explorer 11, Version 11.0.9600.18977CO. I cleared the cache and tried again. That didn’t seem to help. I also tried viewing it in Firefox and it didn’t display any differently.

Hey Jennifer Jakubcak thank you for confirming! Microsoft has stopped supporting IE so many features will no longer work properly including features of our learning management system when using IE. I suggest using a different browser. Can you please confirm the version of Firefox you are using? Are you able to use Chrome? That is the preferred browser.
