Anyone using APQC process framework(s)?

I have a meeting with APQC (https://www.apqc.org/) on Monday to discuss their process frameworks. As many of you may know, APQC has developed process models for dozens of industries, including healthcare providers and health insurance payors.  Is anyone here using them? If so...

* How does your organization use them? Why?

* Do you use them in the context of TBM? (One of our award winners from last year is doing this...using APQC process definitions in their TBM model with Apptio.)

* Do you think it would be a suitable model for driving consistent business capabilities in a TBM taxonomy or model?

* Have you defined or connected the underlying services or apps with the APQC processes? How?

More generally for those who aren't using them...take a look and let me know what you think. The APQC site allows for free membership with open access to their models. They're very robust.
