My fallout value is the total amount that should be going to Other vendors.
We had to do some maintenance on our environments over the weekend. If you clear your cookies in your browser, that will resolve the problem. I cleared my browsing history and I can now get into studio mode in your project no problem. I was seeing the same issue you were prior to that.
For some people there may be one extra step. If you clear your cookies, shut down the browser and go back in and still can't see the menus and Project Explorer when you click TBM Studio, try changing from Staging to In Development. That should fix it.
I'm looking at your project and I don't see any fallout. We don't actually have an object called Other vendors... we do have vendors, and other cost pools. But I can see that you have dollars in all of those . were you able to resolve this on your own or maybe in a lab assist?
Sorry other cost pools,in budget
Looks like you don't have your weighting correct. You've left the weighting for budget the same as for Cost at % allocated, but for budget it should be planned percent allocated. However I also noticed that you don't have any values in your planned percent allocated column. You'll need to go back and map that into your Cost Source to IT Resource Master Data Set. Since we don't have any budget data we told you to just map the value in percent allocated into planned percent allocated, go back and review that mapping in your guide.
Jenny, do you still have questions about this? We will be hosting a lab assist each day next week. Monday is at 8AM London time and Tuesday is at 4pm New York time. If you are not able to attend but want us to talk you through the issues, let us know and we can likely find a time to meet and assist.
I think I am now locked out of the environment I not longer seem to have the home studio ribbon
I'm attempting Backpack 2
I'm going to attend a lab if required and I can get access again
Interesting. This project is showing as read only. I don't know how to make that happen. Debbie Hagen are you familiar with that message on a project?
Hi Jenny Goodwin, hmm, I haven't seen it quite like that. I mean This document is read only, means it needs to be checked out but it appears she doesn't have access to the full Studio view in that I can't see the Home and Project menus. I think we may have to check with support on this one.
Thanks Debbie. Jenny - Debbie is working with support on this issue. We'll let you know what we find out.
Thank you Debbie!
