Hi there,

I'm having issues on with my IT Resource Tower Model not showing the right amount in relation to the Fixed Assets Ledger. I currently have $0 instead of $525,303, and not sure why.

Thanks!

Go back to your Fixed Asset Master Data and map the IT Resource Sub Tower field.

How did I know this?

Because when you look at the allocation for Fixed Assets to ITRT the data relationship is based on a column that has a formula in it. The formula is generating a string of information. For dollars to flow based on a data relationship, the information in the source field and the destination fields, need to contain at least some matching

*values*.Look at the values listed in the 2 fields, the source data field contains 2 variables in it. The Destination value contains 3 variables in it.

We don't even need to know what the formula is to see that I don't have matches. If we look at the formula (Fixed Asset Master Data.Fixed Asset_ITRT Key in the master data formulas step, we see that the 3rd value is IT Resource Sub Tower. I checked to see if a Sub Tower was mapped and it wasn't. That's the fix.
