What do you love most about being a Customer Success Manager at Apptio?

The three things I love about being a CSM at Apptio are building relationships, educating folks, and helping people. I enjoy getting to know the people that I work with; what they like to do outside of work, how they run their programs, and life before using Apptio. I also enjoy sharing new features with customers. I especially enjoy seeing the metaphorical light-bulb switch on when I am walking a customer though a new feature and they see how they can or want to use it.  And I enjoy helping people solve problems. I think that is the main reason many of us became CSMs.

 

What is your hometown?

I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. I lived there until I moved to Washington in 2014. 

Name 3 fun facts about yourself!

1) I can say hello or give some sort of greeting in over 20 different language

2) I have an IMDB Page because of the living history reenactments I used to participate in

3) I love collecting, studying, and designing flags. Right now, I have about 50 flags that I rotate hanging

Next item on your bucket list?

This won’t happen for a while, but I really want to see a Cirque du Soleil performance in Las Vegas  in the VIP section.
