Meet CSM, Kelsey Swanger

What do you love most about being a Customer Success Manager at Apptio?

A huge reason that I love this role is because I get to engage with so many different customers and personalities. I also love getting my customers excited about using Apptio and enabling them to use the new features that have come out. Lastly, I love getting to learn about all the ways that Apptio is being used today so that I can better help my customers drive adoption and create success stories that we can share globally!

 

What is your hometown?

My hometown used to be a quaint little town called Apex right here in NC but the population has tripled in the past 20 years making it not so quaint now. However, the annual events and festivals we hold in downtown Apex, like our Peakfest and Christmas on Salem, still make you feel right at home.

Name 3 fun facts about yourself!

1) I have been skydiving and would go again

2) I have traveled to 9 other countries (Edinburgh, Scotland or Copenhagen, Denmark might be my favorite)

3) I have met and interviewed 7 first-degree murderers

Next item on your bucket list?

One of the next items on my bucket list is to go down the Kandersteg Alpine slide in Switzerland!
