How many individuals can use my AAEP?

Each All Access Education Pass (AAEP) is
assigned to a named user.  The named user
is the only individual who can attend a class.
Allowing additional users to utilize the pass is a violation of the
service terms associated with the pass.
Named users will get credit for attending the class and will be eligible
for certification (once a certification program is launched).

Which classes do I have access to?

The AAEP provides access to all publicly
scheduled classes in our course catalog.
There is a robust schedule of Instructor-Led Online (ILO) courses
available.  These ILO courses are
typically 3 hours in length and held at a variety of time zones.  In addition, there are 50+ Web Based Training
modules available.

Course descriptions and class schedules
can be found on our website at

How do I register for a class?

Class registration is done via our
Learning Management System (LMS).  This
system is accessed from   In the LMS, you will see the current class
schedule and all classes that are available to you.  If you need assistance in the registration
process, please contact us as

Can I take the same course more than once?

Yes.  In fact, we encourage you to.  We
designed the pass so that you to take as many courses as you want, when you
want and as many time as you want.

What if I can’t make a class that I signed up for?

We encourage you to cancel your class
registration so that we can open the seat up for another student.  If an urgent issue comes up and you can’t
make a class that you signed up for, there is no penalty.  We understand that your schedule is dynamic
and urgent items come up from time to time.

Will there be new courses added to the subscription?

Yes.   We are continuously building and updating courses.   We have a large list of courses in our queue
that are being developed.  We intend to
build at least 2-3 new courses a quarter.
In addition, we will update our current courses to match product

Can I skip parts of class and still pass?

Thank you for asking.  In order to be marked as successfully completing any Apptio
Education Services course, it is necessary to attend at least 80% of the class.
This policy, aside from benefiting our learners, is necessary in order to
maintain the integrity of the path leading to the Apptio Recognized TBMA title.

While we’ve structured the courses to be consumable in 3 hour segments, we understand that
it’s not always possible to commit to an entire course session. If you are
unable to attend 80% a class, it’s not an issue. Your AAEP enables you to
withdraw from this class with no penalty and attend again at a time that is
more convenient for you. Continuity in the learning experience is also
important, thus the 80% of class time, must be achieved within a single course
