How many individuals can use my AAEP?

Each All Access Education Pass (AAEP) is assigned to a named user, the named user is the only individual who can consume courses via that AAEP.  Sharing your login credentials is in violation of the service terms associated with the pass.

Which courses do I have access to?

Your AAEP provides access to all virtual instructor-led and self-paced courses in our catalog.  You can find our schedule of upcoming instructor-led courses here.  These courses require registration while our self-paced courses can be consumed at any time.  Click here to view our learning plans and course descriptions.

Can I take the same course more than once?

Yes!  In fact, we encourage you to.  We designed the AAEP so that you to take as many courses as you want, when you
want and as many time as you want.  Please note that if wish to retake an instructor-led course you will need to unenroll from the session that you attended to then view/enroll in an upcoming session.

What if I can no longer attend a session that I am enrolled in?

We encourage you to unenroll so that we can open the seat up for another student.  If an urgent issue comes up and you can’t make a class that you are enrolled in, there is no penalty.  We understand that your schedule is dynamic and urgent items come up from time to time.  Please note that you will need to unenroll from the session that you were unable to attend to then view/enroll in an upcoming session.

Will there be new courses added to the subscription?

Yes, we are continuously building and updating courses.  We have a list of courses in our queue that are being developed.  We intend to
build at least 2-3 new courses a quarter.  In addition, we will update our current courses to match product updates.

Can I skip parts of class and still receive course completion?

In order to be marked as successfully completing any Apptio Education Services course, it is necessary to attend at least 80% of the class.  This policy, aside from benefiting our learners, is necessary in order to maintain the integrity of the path leading to the Apptio Recognized TBMA title.

While we’ve structured the courses to be in consumable segments, we understand that it’s not always possible to commit to an entire course session. If you are unable to attend 80% a class, it’s not an issue. Your AAEP enables you to unenroll from the session with no penalty and attend again at a time that is more convenient for you. Continuity in the learning experience is also important, thus the 80% of class time, must be achieved within a single course session.

Please see our Apptio University FAQ which covers items such as how to login and change your time zone as well as registering for instructor-led courses.
