Hi Everyone


My name is Noelle Pease.


I support Business Operations, for Apptio Education and the Community. A lot of what I do is behind the scenes, but I've had a chance to meet some of you who've earned ETBMA or an Apptio Super Hero. Most recently, I worked on a program to ensure your community questions are answered in a timely manner, so I'm excited to get the chance to tell you about it.


The Apptio Community is full of members who are not only able, but willing to help answer questions (see our TBM Royalty or our current member spotlight for example :-) Responses from real-world TBMAs are invaluable, but the community has grown so much this year that questions don't always get a response within 24 hrs. To help with this, we've created the Community Response Team. We have six experts who will take turns monitoring Community questions and addressing any that haven't been answered at the end of their day.

Whenever you have a question, make sure to ask it using the question format.



This ensures that all of the helpful professionals on Community, including the Response Team will see it.
