Hi everyone!  My name is Lauren Vinesett and I am the Operations Coordinator for Apptio University.

We are happy to announce that you are now able to complete a survey after completing an instructor-led course.  Once you are in a session you will find the survey under Training materials.

You are able to complete a survey for each instructor-led course but we encourage you to complete the survey after Supporting an IT Leadership TBM Review (ITLTR), Cost Transparency: Part 1, and Reporting: Part 1.

Hello everyone,

I wanted to get the word out that there will be some in person sessions of Apptio U classes scheduled for March 14th and 16th around the EMEA User Conference.  If you are near London or are planning to come in for the User Conference, consider signing up for some of these classes.  If you are an AAEP holder you can register via ApptioU, but if you don't currently have an AAEP but would like to attend, you can email university@apptio.com and Lauren Pagan will get you all the info you need regarding pricing and registration. Below is what we are offering.

Greetings,

For those of you TBMAs who have already taken Cost Transparency Part 1 on r11, and are now  preparing to move to v12, I noticed Jenny Goodwin has added two more "CTF v12 short course" sessions to her calendar.  These are workshops where you'll be introduced to the v12 environment and have an opportunity to build up a CT Foundation project in  v12.  They are scheduled for Feb 24 and March 9.  AAEP holders can register for these sessions in ApptioU.  The times shown are in PST, so be sure to check your local times when you login to ApptioU to sign up.

Note:

This session is not intended for brand new Apptio users starting with v12, it's meant for folks who took CTF Part 1 in r11 and would just like a couple of hours of hands on with the new version.  If you are new to Apptio and implementing v12 straightaway, you should register for the Cost Transparency on TBM Studio-v12 course

Hi Folks,

We know that some of you v11 TBMAs are in the process of or getting ready to upgrade from v11 to v12.  Are you itching to get your hands on v12?  If so, this is the session for you.  We're offering a workshop for experienced v11 users who want to get some Reporting practice in v12.  Full disclosure - this isn't a formalized class, it's meant to be a workshop.

I'll get you familiar with the environment and show you around a bit, then give you login credentials and a sample report to build.  There will be no step by step instructions and no student guide.  You'll have the opportunity to practice in v12, and ask questions. This session is also good for people who are implementing in v12, but have already taken the  Reporting class in v11.

*Please note, it's not intended for people who haven't been through the reporting classes in v11.

You can register using your AAEP.  I've included some screenshots below (Thanks Lauren Pagan!)

Looking forward to seeing you there!

FYI - We will also be offering some in person v12 for v11 workshops around the user conference in March... so keep your eyes open for that if you are in EMEA and interested...
